O.I.C. Counseling and Wellness addresses concerns in adolescents, adults, families, couples, those struggling with life changes, mental illness such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. We work with all people regardless of race, age, national origin, sex, gender, marital status, disability, religious, or political affiliation, or sexual identity or orientation.

Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are aimed at helping you gain clarity over your life, work on personal strengths and goals, build self-esteem and improve qualities within yourself. We will identify mental health concerns and explore spiritual and physical aspects of your life that need fulfillment to help achieve restoration, healing and progress. I assist individuals deal with all types of stressors and provide a safe space that clients can come and release their feelings.

Couple Sessions
I work with couples to rebuild their trust in each other and assist in helping couples work together as one unit. This treatment focuses not only on the partnership dynamic but on how each person as an individual contributes to that dynamic as a whole.

Family sessions are to help rebuild trust and mend bonds among family members. Not only will these sessions aim to address the family as a unit but will address the roles individual family members play in the entire family unit.
