Optimistic
A person with an optimistic mental attitude tends to view bad times as temporary, failure as a step to eventual success, and misfortune as the result of circumstances beyond their control. Optimists focus on solutions that they feel await their discovery. Researchers are finding that an optimistic attitude is every bit as important as a high IQ in predictivity and individual ability to achieve his or her goals and dreams.
The truth is, we are all gifted; we all have the potential to achieve great things. But all too many of us don’t tap deeply into that potential because we give up when the road gets rocky. Anyone can scroll down a clear, smooth lane but when the road takes a twist and turns, when it becomes bumpy and dips and climbs when you can’t see too far in the distance because your focus is necessarily on the difficult steps, immediately ahead of you, do you keep on keeping on, or do you stop and look for the nearest exit.

Don’t rush your healing; we will curate a journey that is unique to you. Your healing, breakthrough testimony is the culmination of a lot of work/experiences that took place before your first counseling session. And so it must be with you. You must curate your own success, taking the necessary steps along the way sometimes these steps are mundane and unexciting; often they are painful and filled with drudgery.
For every successful person, we know there are thousands of hours of practice, studying, research away from the spotlight. But those shining moments are never achieved without a specific plan in mind and the perseverance to stick to that plan because it is the way to achieve a goal.
